• SB 21 – Immigration Enforcement
  This bill holds government and law enforcement agencies accountable if they ignore federal immigration detainers and someone is harmed as a result. Public safety must come first.

• SB 39 – Ending Taxpayer-Funded Gender Surgeries
  It is hard to believe, but Georgia taxpayers were funding gender-altering surgeries—both through the State Benefit Plan and in our prison system. SB 39 put a stop to that. Georgians should not be forced to pay for elective procedures they fundamentally disagree with.

• SB 341 – Freedom of Speech and Belief Act
  Known by many as the “Debanking Bill,” this legislation protects Georgians from being denied financial services simply for holding constitutionally protected beliefs. Freedom of thought is under attack, and we must ensure our institutions respect the First Amendment. Even here in Georgia, companies like Daniel Defense have been debanked simply for what they represent.
